Exchange/returns

If the product you ordered unfortunately didn’t meet your expectations, you could always exchange it or return it to us. On condition that you meet the following requirements:

  • You have to add a copy of the concerning article to the package. Make sure that the article-number can be read evidently, the date of purchase, the price and the product name has to be clearly seen.
  • The costs of the returned goods have to be paid by yourself, unless there is a reasonable complaint concerned. In that case we will repay the costs to you.
  • You informed us within 7 working-days after you received your article on the subscribed address by sending an email to info@eureka-billard.nl 
  • Returm address: Eureka Billard; Hoogstraat 123; 5258 BC   Berlicum.
  • All articles have to be in original state, fit with all the labels and in the original package.
  • These have to be send within 7 working-days after the receive, according our defined requirements. 
  • Make sure that you prepay it correctly, in case of insufficient franking, the sending will not be accepted.
  • Returns that are not registered and send by these instructions will not be accepted.
  • In case that you did meet these conditions, you will receive the concerning purchase money within 30 working-days, inclusive with forwarding-charges and if it applies to you also the return-money.
